Arizona Vital Records:
Free Arizona marriage records are available from many sources, as I find them they will be added here.
The Office of Arizona Vital Records does not hold Arizona Marriage records but is responsible for maintaining and issuing certified copies of vital
records, including birth, death and fetal death certificates and certificates of birth resulting
in still birth for events that occurred in Arizona.
The Office of Arizona Vital Records officially began recording birth and death events in July, 1909.
However, it maintains a sampling of delayed birth records of Arizona citizens (from 1855) and death
records (from 1877) from other sources.
Arizona Marriage records and Arizona divorce records are maintained by the Clerk of the Superior Court in
the county where the event occurred. Marriage and divorce records are not available from the
Office of Vital Records.
